The Kibber Expedition

For nearly two weeks, I journeyed deep into the cold-desert heights of Kibber in Himachal’s Spiti Valley—home to India’s endangered snow leopards. Against a stark alpine backdrop, I was fortunate to witness one of nature’s most elusive cats in the wild, while also capturing the mountain’s extraordinary wildlife—from ibex and bharal to red foxes and soaring lammergeiers—through my lens.
