As Director of Photography, I treated comedy like rhythm — framing pauses, expressions, and timing as carefully as punchlines.
With minimal movement and high dependence on facial nuance, I had to think beyond standard live-event coverage.
Every shot was built to feel visually engaging without ever interrupting the flow of the performance.
This was my second stand-up gig, and it demanded a different visual language altogether.
With comedy driven by timing and expression, every frame had to be intentional and precise.
Shooting Onkar Yadav was both a creative challenge and an absolute joy.
